Leeza’s meditations are intuitively crafted to facilitate an environment allowing the listener to resolve inner conflicts and/or struggles. Leeza teaches easy to use tools to heal the spiritual, physical and energetic bodies which frequently results in feelings of increased wellbeing, happiness, self-confidence and inner and outer peace
Instructions: The CD is specifically designed as a healing device for people wanting to heal grief, anger or trauma. The first track opens the heart energy center and prepares it for the healings contained in Tracks 2 and 3. Any track can be used separately at any time.
Use the Meditation Spray around the room / meditation space to enhance the healing effects of the meditation CD which may assist in healing on both the emotional and physical levels.
