The gentle abrasive action of the salt gently exfoliates the top layer of dead skin cells, helping circulation and rejuvenating your skin by removing dead skin cells and opening pores.
With each application, the unique combination of Salts, Oils and Vitamins is nourishing, softening and helping your skin to regenerate and regain a healthy glow. The added combination of Essential Oils to these Scrubs helps uplift your mind body & spirit.
Directions: In the shower stir, then scoop out a tablespoon or two and massage onto your clean damp skin. Work in a circular motion. Use on legs, thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms, hands and feet and then rinse off with warm water.
Avoid cuts or open wounds as the salt will sting.
After towel drying finish with a Harmony moisturizing cream or oil. Scrubs should be used no more than 1-2 times a week.

SageWood: A blend of Sea, Mineral and other salts with a touch of honey, glycerin and Vitamin E are combined with Sage, Cedar Wood and other Essential oils to help clear the mind and focus.
Rosemary Mint: A blend of Sea, Mineral and other salts with a touch of honey, glycerin and Vitamin E are combined with Peppermint and Rosemary Essential oils to help clear your head and stimulate the mind.
Lavender Lime: A blend of Sea, Mineral and other salts with a touch of honey, glycerin and Vitamin E are combined with Lavender, Lime and other essential oils to help calm and sooth the skin, mind and spirit. May help to calm itchy skin.
